Children’s Hospice to create music video during national awareness week.

Cumbria’s only children’s hospice is encouraging the local community to get involved with a special music video to help celebrate Children’s Hospice Week 2020.

During these challenging times, Jigsaw, Cumbria’s Children’s Hospice want to bring music, happiness and fun into people’s lives by recreating their Greatest Showman inspired This Is Me music video. The charity is now calling on the local community to help make this possible.

Jigsaw want as many people as possible to be involved with the music video, whether you send the charity a picture or a film of yourself signing part of the This Is Me song, they want to hear from you. During Children’s Hospice Week, Monday 22 to Sunday 28 June, the children’s hospice will piece together all the footage provided to create a special music video.

Children’s Hospice Week is the only week in the year dedicated to raising awareness and funds for children’s hospices and palliative care across the UK, and the seriously ill children and young people they support.
Events of this year have been some of the toughest times many of us have ever faced, and families caring for a seriously ill child can feel more alone than ever.

Children’s hospices offer an absolute lifeline – finding new ways to connect with families and even taking the pressure off the NHS.
