A new Christmas collaboration between Carlisle United and Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw, Cumbria’s Children’s Hospice will help raise vitals funds for the charity this festive season.
The blues and the hospice have worked together to produce a bespoke Christmas card for the second year running, featuring the official club crest with a festive fox and Santa on the pitch at Brunton Park.
The card is in addition to the hospice’s popular Christmas range which includes a Cumbrian calendar, diaries, money wallets and Christmas cards.
The funds raised from the sale of the limited-edition card and the rest of the product range will help support the compassionate and vital care the hospice provides for local people and families across the county.
Every year, the hospice supports hundreds of patients and their families across Cumbria, offering care that goes beyond medical needs to include emotional and practical support.
Alex Groves, Business Development Manager at the hospice said: “The hospice is deeply cherished by many in the community, just as Carlisle United is, so partnering to create something that benefits both was a natural fit. We’re incredibly grateful to the club for their ongoing support and look forward to future collaborations.
“We’re especially proud of this year’s range of products, they will help raise vital funds for people in the community who need us most.”
The product range is on sale now and can be bought from the hospice’s shops in Carlisle and Penrith, the hospice itself, by phone and mail order and through the online shop on their website – www.edenvalleyhospice.org/online-shop/
The Carlisle United themed card is also available from the Blues Store on Warwick Road.
