Executive Personal Assistant/Administrator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw, Cumbria’s Children’s Hospice. If you are an experienced PA/Administrator who can deal with a wide range of people and situations, are able to communicate well, both written and verbally and have proven organisational and prioritisation skills, we would love to hear from you.

 

The role includes:

  • Providing and co-ordinating a high standard of administrative support to the Chief Executive, Senior Management Team and the Board of Trustees.
  • Supporting the Chair of the Board of Trustees, ensuring confidential Board papers are produced on their behalf, along with arrangements of meetings.
  • Arranging internal meetings and external meetings.
  • Ensuring accurate agendas and minutes are produced for internal meetings
  • Booking and co-ordinating internal and external conference and meeting room bookings
  • Analysis of relevant internal data and feedback
  • Assisting with up-dating relevant documents in accordance with the Care Quality Commission requirements
