You’ll be required to:
- Boosting shop income with stock control, merchandising & great customer service
- Coordinating Gift Aid & supporting income reporting
- Recruiting, training & supporting our amazing volunteers
- Helping launch pop-up shops & expanding our e-commerce
- Managing rotas, shop van collections & volunteer drivers
- Delivering a fantastic customer experience every day
We’re looking for someone with the following:
- 1+ year retail experience
- Confident, organised & a great communicator
- Friendly team leader with a heart for helping others
- Skilled in multitasking & admin
- Positive attitude & full of fresh ideas
