Role Summary
As a Volunteer Lottery Collector, you will be collecting cash and / or cheques from lottery players in a specific area on a monthly basis. You will also complete the relevant paperwork and delivering the monies to the Hospice / Lottery Team. Collections to be done at a time to suit the collector, provided that submission deadlines are adhered to.

Duties and responsibilities
- Collect Eden Valley Hospice lottery entries on behalf of Eden Valley Hospice, strictly in accordance with the instructions issued.
- To collect all monies in a regular and timely manner as planned and continue to do this at an agreed frequency. If you are unable to complete this task, you should advise the appropriate person as soon as possible.
- Not to act in any other official, professional, or commercial capacity not connected with the Lottery, whilst collecting door to door.
- Wear your Lottery identity badge, clearly and visibly whilst carrying out collections and if you lose your badge, to report it immediately to the Hospice.
- Return all paperwork, materials, and monies in your possession upon termination of your duties for Eden Valley Hospice for whatever reason and not to share any of this information with anyone not connected to the Lottery or employed by Eden Valley Hospice.
