Dying Matters Week 2020

Monday 11 to Sunday 17 May

Dying Matters Week, is a national awareness campaign, which provides organisations with the opportunity to talk about death, dying and bereavement.

In recent years we have enjoyed hosting a range of events in the local community and meeting with local people to talk about their plans and the future.

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing coronavirus situation we are unable to host our events within the local community. But we want to let you know that we are still here for you and for our community. Our specialist care and support teams are able to provide advice, plus we have a range of resources we can share with you.

How Can We Help?

Our Family Support Team are here to help and support our patients, their families and their carers. We can help manage the challenges in front of you, and help you feel more resilient and able to face the future with courage, all in the strictest of confidence. Select the links below to find out how our Family Support Team can help you, your family, friends and carers.
