When the clinical team identify that someone is at the end of life, we will allow one person to visit per patient per day . Any subsequent visits should be from the same named person whilst the patient is in our care. For every patient this decision will be reviewed by the care team on a daily basis and will be dependent on the hospice having enough appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for visitors and staff.
Can I video call someone at the hospice?
We will always do our very best to help with supporting video calls to your loved one, and this should be discussed with the hospice team
