Outreach And Wellbeing

Here to support you – wherever you are.

We are all about bringing specialist support into the local community to make sure more people get the care and advice they need, closer to home.

We offer regular events, peer support and connect with existing groups to better support those with degenerative conditions. By working together, we can share practical advice and specialist guidance. If you’re part of a group supporting people with a long-term condition, we would love to chat – please reach out to evh.jigsaw@nhs.net

Family Support Days

We hold regular family support days here at the hospice for all our Jigsaw families. The day is filled with activities centred around the children and young adults as well as classes for parents and carers.

The events also allow parents, siblings and carers to look around Jigsaw and see how we care for their child.
