Looking for a role where your work truly makes a difference?

Are you a people person who loves building meaningful relationships and making a real difference?

At Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw Children’s Hospice, you’ll have the opportunity to combine your relationship-building skills with a rewarding career that directly supports local families across Cumbria.

This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding what motivates them, and creating exceptional experiences that inspire long-term support. In return, you’ll join a supportive, values-driven team where collaboration, kindness and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. As one of Cumbria’s most respected charities, we’re passionate about our people and committed to helping our staff grow and thrive.

  •  An excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Compassionate, empathetic and emotionally intelligent
  • Self-motivated, organised and driven to achieve results
  • Confident networking and representing the hospice in the community
