The Role
As a Registered Nurse with us, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred palliative and end-of-life care
- Work collaboratively within a skilled, compassionate MDT
- Support patients and families with empathy, sensitivity and professionalism
- Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality
- Act as a role model, supporting colleagues and students
- Use your clinical expertise to assess, plan and evaluate individualised care
You’ll work 12-hour shifts across a 7-day rota, supported by experienced Team Leads and a Clinical Lead
