We’re giving you the opportunity to drink in the beauty of the Lake District as it wakes to the world as part of a Stars to Sunrise walk.
We’re inviting you to take part in our ‘Stars to Sunrise’ event and experience the sunrise from atop of Skiddaw. Setting off from Keswick at around 2.00am we will begin the 931-metre summit of Skiddaw to observe the sunrise at around 6:00am. The route is roughly 9 miles and will involve 5 – 6 hours of walking before returning to our start point for a bacon butty and a brew.
This is in conjunction with Lakeland Mountain Guides and the walk will be fully guided by their experts making it accessible for most physically fit walkers.
You can walk in memory of your loved ones and help to raise vital funds for your local hospice.
Registration will be £35 per person and we ask for a minimum sponsorship of £100.
