The Neuro Living Well Programme is a 6-session programme designed to support individuals with neurological conditions and their carers. This programme provides a safe and welcoming environment to share experiences, receive expert guidance, and gain practical tools to promote independence and well-being.
What to Expect?
There will be activities and talks throughout the day, with lunch provided. Complementary therapy is also available.
