What you’ll be doing?
- Working within our furniture shop boosting shop income with stock control, merchandising & great customer service
- Recruiting, training & supporting our amazing volunteers
- Helping to manage shop van collections & volunteer drivers
- Coordinating Gift Aid & supporting income reporting
- Delivering a fantastic customer experience every day
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year retail experience
- Confident, organised & a great communicator
- Friendly team leader with a heart for helping others
- Skilled in multitasking & admin
- Positive attitude & full of fresh ideas
Bonus if you have:
- Retail Gift Aid/online sales knowledge
- Experience with budgets or shop management
