How to get your donations to us?

If you have any items to donate, please feel free to drop them off at the relevant shop (shop locations can be found here).

If you have large items or furniture which need to be collected, please call 07548377009 or complete the form opposite. Alternatively, you can WhatsApp the same number with your name and photos of your items and we will give you a call back to arrange a collection. We will endeavour to collect your items as soon as we possibly can.

Please note, if our drivers arrive to collect an item(s) that has been incorrectly described, we reserve the right to reject this item and it will not be collected.

House Clearances

Whether you are looking at downsizing, clearing a room or a full house, your unwanted items will be able to make a difference at the Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw. Our professional house clearance service makes donating quality items even easier.

We can only accept items that can be resold and are in good condition; we don’t offer disposal services.

All items collected from your property will be taken directly to the hospice shops in Carlisle and Penrith or listed online through our eBay page. To book a house clearance please select ‘House Clearance’ on the form before completing or contact the Furniture Shop on 01228 549473.

Which items don't you accept?

Our shops try to sell or re-purpose everything you generously donate to us, but we cannot accept some items.

If you have any questions, please contact the retail team on 01228 817615 or email collections@edenvalleyhospice.org.
