At Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw, we’re proud to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. High standards of cleanliness and care are at the heart of everything we do.
We’re currently looking for dedicated, and compassionate individuals to join our hardworking housekeeping team.
Due to the busy nature of the role, flexibility across the week is essential. In return, you’ll be part of a team that takes real pride in their work and the difference they make every day.
Duties include:
- Cleaning patient rooms, communal areas, offices, and clinical spaces to a high standard
- Assist with managing laundry and linen changes
- Supporting infection control procedures
- Working closely with clinical and support teams to respond to changing needs throughout the day
As a small organisation, we work collaboratively across departments, and your ideas for improvement can be quickly trialled and adopted. Our leadership team is visible, approachable, and committed to listening—giving you the opportunity to help shape the future of the hospice.
Our staff survey reflects a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. While the cost-of-living crisis presents challenges, we remain stable, ambitious, and excited about new opportunities to work with our health and care partners and our wider community.
If you’re looking for a role where your work truly matters, we’d love to hear from you.
