Permanent position – up to 16 hours per week, working 1 in 4 weekends. Typically working 3 – 4 shifts per week
Weekdays - 9:00am to 3.00pm or 2:30pm to 6:30pm
Saturday - 9:00am to 6:30pm
Sunday - 9:00am to 3:00pm
Due to the nature of the catering department flexibility with working hours is required
FTE salary up to £18,596 per annum, plus enhancements for bank holiday working.
At Eden Valley Hospice, our catering team takes pride in supporting the provision of high-quality care to our patients and service users through the preparation of nutritious home-cooked meals which cater for a range of dietary requirements.
We are recruiting an Assistant Chef, who will work alongside our Catering Coordinator within our small catering team. You will already have some catering experience, along with a passion for delivering high standards and experience of working with a variety of dietary requirements. You will have excellent communication skills, with a hardworking and compassionate approach to work.
