We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Relationship Fundraiser (Corporate Lead) to join our hospice team.
We are looking for an engaging and dedicated professional who will help develop and drive our fundraising forward, securing the future of our local hospice.
The right individual will be engaging and warm, proactive and enthusiastic and be a leader in the successful stewardship of our highly valued supporters.
Working across all fundraising income streams, but with a clear focus on corporate relationships, you will be flexible in your approach to communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
The aims of the role are:
- To work as an integral part of the fundraising team to meet agreed income and expenditure targets through all income streams with an emphasis on corporate fundraising, measuring cost effectiveness and ROI in order to contribute towards the overall income generation target of £4.9 million needed each year to keep the hospice services running
- To grow income and awareness across all fundraising streams through the successful delivery of an excellent stewardship programme measured against a range of KPI’s, both financial and non-financial.
- To identify and grow new and build upon existing relationships with supporters, maximising opportunities for collaboration and engagement.
We are a local charity dedicated to providing specialist care to adults from the local area and children throughout Cumbria, as well as caring for their families, friends and carers. It takes over £5 million per year to run Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw, Cumbria’s Children’s Hospice with over 80% being raised through trading activity, voluntary donations and fundraising activities.
